He is a Commerce Graduate, Fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), a Law graduate and Semi-Qualified from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) with over 13 years experience in the areas of Corporate Compliance Management, Management Consultancy and Securities, Financial Advisory, Taxation and Capital Market Laws Advisory.
He is Excellent in academics; CS Aabid Mohammad was a Second Ranker Holder in the Examination of Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). He has also been honoured with the President level Award by Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) in ddition of winning various Cash Prizes and Scholarship from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
CS Aabid Mohammad has also received various awards, certifications and appreciations from Non-Governmental Organization like Akhil Bhartiya Vidyarthi Parishad, New Aadarsh Education & Welfare Society, Sane Guruji Gyaneep Mandal for his selfless concern and support towards education. Adding Further he has been an Eminent Speaker at various Seminars organised by The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and Western Indian Regional Council (WIRC) of Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). He has contributed actively towards Articles on Corporate Law and other matters in the Journal of Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and always makes influential differences through his Articles.
